- What is an availability poll?
- An availability poll is a shared page that lists a set of candidate dates. Everyone you invite marks each date as available, maybe, or not available. Instead of reading a long group chat, you get one grid showing exactly which day the most people can make.
- How do I find a date everyone can attend?
- Pick a date range that could realistically work, create a free poll, and send the link to your group. As people respond, EveryoneAvailable ranks the dates by how many people are available, so the best day rises to the top automatically.
- Do participants need an account?
- No. Participants can open the shared link and mark their availability without creating an account. They enter a name, tap the days that work, and submit. Nothing else is required.
- Is EveryoneAvailable free?
- Yes. EveryoneAvailable is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, no upgrade prompts, and no ads.
- How many people can participate?
- There is no participant limit on a poll. A poll can cover a date range of up to 120 days, and each day can have up to 8 time slots if you need more precision than whole days.
- Can I use EveryoneAvailable for a group trip?
- Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. Set the range to the months you are considering, and everyone marks the days they could travel. Consecutive days where everyone is free show up clearly in the results grid.
- Can I find multiple consecutive days?
- Yes. The results grid shows every date side by side, so a block of days where the same people are available is easy to spot — useful for weekends away, reunions and trips.
- Can I share the poll by text?
- Yes. A poll is a single link, so it works in a text message, WhatsApp, email, Slack or anywhere else. On phones you can also use the native share sheet with one tap.
