YPO forums
Find a date your YPO forum can make
Forum days, chapter events and retreats all die the same death: a thread where four members reply, two defer to their assistants, and one is on a plane. A single availability link fixes it — every answer sits in one grid, and the date with the most members available rises to the top.
EveryoneAvailable is an independent scheduling tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YPO, EO, Vistage, Tiger 21 or any peer-advisory organization. Those names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe who this tool is useful for.

Built for the way a forum actually answers
Forum members rarely answer a scheduling question themselves — an assistant does, from a different time zone, on a phone. So the answer has to take under a minute and require nothing but a link.
That is the whole design: open the link, type a name, tap the days, submit. No account, no app, no calendar permission.
- One public link for the forum, one private organizer link for the moderator.
- Available, maybe and unavailable per date, so a soft yes reads differently from a hard yes.
- Optional time slots when the day is fixed and only the hour is in play.
- CSV export for the chapter administrator's records.
Forum meetings
For a monthly forum day, open a poll on the candidate weekdays for the next quarter and let members mark all three months at once. Recurring dates then get set from real data instead of a majority guess in the room.
Because a poll can cover up to 120 days, one link can settle a whole quarter of forum days rather than one meeting at a time.
Chapter events and speaker evenings
Chapter events have a wider list and a lower response rate, which is exactly where a link beats a thread. Send it to the full chapter roster, set a deadline, and read the ranked result rather than tallying replies.
The results page can be shared with the chapter team so the whole committee sees the same picture without anyone forwarding a spreadsheet.
Retreats and multi-day offsites
Retreats need consecutive days, which is where most polls fall over. The results grid puts every candidate date side by side, so a block of two or three days where the same members are free is visible at a glance.
Exclude weekends — or keep only weekends, for a partner retreat — with one tap when you create the poll.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this an official YPO tool?
- No. EveryoneAvailable is an independent scheduling tool with no affiliation to YPO. It is simply well suited to forum-style groups, because members can answer without an account and without connecting a corporate calendar.
- How do I schedule a YPO forum meeting?
- Create a free poll over the candidate dates, share the single link with the forum and their assistants, and let people mark each date available, maybe or unavailable. The date the most members can make is ranked first, so the decision comes from the grid rather than the thread.
- Can I schedule a multi-day forum retreat?
- Yes. Set the range across the months you are considering and read the results grid for a run of consecutive days where the same members are free. Members mark each day individually, so a two-day or three-day block is easy to spot.
- Can assistants respond for members?
- Yes, and most do. Anyone with the link can answer and enter the member's name, and each participant gets their own link to update the answer if the calendar moves.
- Do participants need an account?
- No. Participants can open the shared link and mark their availability without creating an account. They enter a name, tap the days that work, and submit.
- Is EveryoneAvailable free?
- Yes. EveryoneAvailable is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, no upgrade prompts, and no ads.
