A When2Meet alternative for finding dates

Days first, times when you need them

When2Meet's painted time grid is excellent for finding an hour next week. It is heavier than necessary when the real question is which Saturday works in the next two months.

EveryoneAvailable answers at the day level by default. If a day needs more precision, you add up to 8 time slots to it and participants answer those individually.

When2Meet still has a place for scheduling a single meeting or call within the next week or two, where the exact hour matters more than the day and everyone is checking the grid on a laptop. Its interface rewards fine-grained, short-notice time coordination.

EveryoneAvailable suits situations where the question is which day, over a longer window, works for the most people — a monthly meetup, a trip, a family gathering — and where you also want a ranked answer rather than a grid you have to interpret yourself.

Switching from When2Meet

If your When2Meet poll already has a shortlist of dates that people leaned toward, start there: create an EveryoneAvailable poll covering that same range and, if it matters, add time slots to the days where hour-level detail was the point.

Re-share the link in the same group chat or email thread. Because there is no login step, most groups respond just as quickly as they did to the original poll — often faster, since there's no grid-painting learning curve for people using it for the first time.

What you give up

When2Meet's continuous, freeform time-painting for a single day or short window is more flexible at that specific granularity than EveryoneAvailable's fixed slots. If you truly need arbitrary 15-minute overlap across a single week, When2Meet's grid may still be the better fit for that narrow case.
